On the 9th of April at 7:00 PM in Dubai Knowledge Park — Block 13, Digital Renaissance Music Institute will be hosting a new masterclass focused on the art of DJ performance and crowd connection.
This session is designed for aspiring DJs and electronic music enthusiasts who want to go beyond the basics and understand how professional DJs shape their sets in real time. Using modern AlphaTheta DJ equipment, participants will explore how to structure a DJ set, manage the energy of a dancefloor, and make confident decisions behind the decks.
We will break down the techniques used to build momentum, control transitions, and respond to the crowd, offering practical insights into what makes a DJ set engaging and dynamic. The session also focuses on developing performance awareness and refining individual style in a club-oriented context.
The workshop follows a hands-on, educational format, giving participants the opportunity to experience a professional setup while gaining both creative and technical understanding of DJ performance.
