Bank charges, payment gateway fees, transfer fees, exchange rate differences, and other transaction-related costs must be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund of Refundable Tuition Fees
5.1. Before the Term Start Date
In the event that a student withdraws from the program before the official Term Start Date, the Refundable Fees may be refunded as follows:
| Withdrawal Timing before the Term Start Date | Refund | |
|---|---|---|
| More than 30 calendar days | 90% | |
| 15–30 calendar days | 50% | |

Non-Refundable Fees shall remain non-refundable except where expressly stated otherwise in this Policy.
5.2. After the Program Has Started
After the official Term Start Date:
tuition fees paid shall become non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the Institute is unable to provide the enrolled program in accordance with Section 9A of this Policy;
no refunds shall be issued for missed classes, partial attendance, voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, relocation, employment changes, disciplinary dismissal, or any failure by the student to attend or complete the program;
dissatisfaction with the program, teaching methods, instructors, facilities, schedule, classmates, or learning outcomes shall not automatically entitle a student to a refund;
the Institute may, at its sole discretion, consider requests arising from exceptional circumstances beyond the student’s reasonable control, subject to supporting documentation and Section 10 of this Policy.
6. Discounts and Installment Arrangements
6.1. Pre-Payment Discounts
The Institute may offer discounts for full or partial advance payment of tuition fees.
Such discounts:
apply only where payments are made in accordance with the approved payment terms;
may be withdrawn in the event of payment delays, failed installments, or breach of payment obligations;
may be modified or discontinued for future enrollments or where payment obligations are breached.
