Refund Policy

Effective from: 1 September 2025

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the conditions under which tuition and related fees may be refunded to students who withdraw, defer, or are dismissed from their programs at Digital Renaissance Training FZ-LLC (hereinafter «the Institute»).

2. General Principles

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Academic Office via email at admission@digitalrenaissance.education.
Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy and the official Terms and Conditions of Admission and Enrolment.
Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original source of payment.
Application fees and registration deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Tuition Refund Schedule

Withdrawal Timing — Refund Amount:

More than 30 days before course start — 90% of tuition paid
15–30 days before course start — 50% of tuition paid
Less than 15 days before course start — 25% of tuition paid
After the course has started — No refund

Note: The course start date refers to the official published start date of the enrolled program.

4. Visa Rejection

If a student’s UAE study visa is rejected before the course start date, the student may be eligible for a full refund of tuition fees paid, excluding the registration deposit, upon presentation of official documentation of visa refusal.

5. Course Cancellation by the Institute

If the Institute cancels a course or program before it begins, a full refund of all tuition and fees (including deposit) will be issued to the student.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 30 days of the official approval of the request.
The Institute reserves the right to deduct any outstanding amounts owed by the student from the refund.
Refunds will be issued in AED by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Appeals

Students may appeal refund decisions by submitting a formal request with supporting documents to the Director of Academic Operations. All appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
